Our Story

Wolf and Nomad is a Miami based gallery with roots in Latin America, New York and California. The gallery specializes in representing mid-career artists who have been expanding their breath of work and notoriety for a decade or more. Many of these artists are from Latin American with a variety of representation including Mexico, Colombia, Argentina and more. Our goal is to showcase multidisciplinary talent on the global stage in traditional and out of the box exhibitions and events. Our annual cycle of cities and fairs includes exhibitions in New York City, Miami, Los Angeles, Colombia, The UK, and beyond. We enjoy partnering with various art foundations, fellow galleries, and unique art collectives to highlight specific artists and series in a variety of special settings. Our overall nomadic presence allows us to tap into many markets throughout the year and to showcase artists in cities across the globe in populations that would not otherwise get the chance to interact with these works and ideas. As we continue to expand we look forward to more large scale events, fairs, collaborations, and the addition of new artists and creative minds.

Our Progress

At this stage Wolf & Nomad has participated in numerous exhibitions, special events, and world renowned art fairs - ranging from Art Basel Miami to Embassy Shows in Madrid, Spain. We have built exclusive ties with a variety of new artists ranging in mediums from oil paint to photography, works on paper, mixed media and beyond. In the last six months alone exhibitions have taken place in New York, Miami, Los Angeles, and Colombia, with many more in the works. The gallery is focusing most of our time on the moderately sized roster of fantastic artists that we currently work with, but we remain interested and open to vetting and exploring new emerging and established talents both domestically and overseas.

Our director

Gallery director Asa Wolf founded Wolf & Nomad in the Spring of 2018. Deciding to branch out from his position at Christie’s New York and his side projects of managing artists in and around the New York City area. It had always been a long time passion of Asa’s to work with emerging artists of varying mediums, cultures, and talents. With a background in non-profit art foundations, event planning, and artistic management, Asa sought to develop a platform to showcase up and coming artist’s work while exploring ways to integrate their skills into creative events and non-conventional art spaces, while also utilizing the traditional global art fair circuits. After a decade of honing and developing his skills in the realms of art and design Asa was confronted with a chance to pursue his dream of a gallery of his own. After teaming with a select group of trusted colleagues and specialists Wolf & Nomad found its roots and began to grow.
